Units 1205 and 1017 are ideally suited for two non-smoking adults.

Policies:

• Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:
• We request a deposit of $500 at the time of booking.
• The balance is due 90 days before your arrival date.
• Cancellations made before 90 days of your arrival date:  You will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 90 days of your arrival date:  You will receive a full refund for each day you cancelled that we can successfully re-rent.
• You are not responsible in the event of a natural disaster or national security incident.

• To reserve our condo, please reply with your mailing address, telephone number and the names of the people that will be staying in our condo.
• We will send in the mail a statement and more condo & payment info that you can review.
• Then, if you want to proceed and confirm your reservation, please send a check to us for the deposit.

• Our minimum stay is 5 days.
• Units 1205 and 1017 are ideally suited for two non-smoking adults.
